Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well.
Mindfulness meditation training can be part of your yoga and fitness class or program or as the main focus of the session. Sessions can be anywhere from 5-60 minutes.
Pranayama is the yogic practice of focusing on breath. In Sanskrit, prana means "vital life force", and yama means to gain control. In yoga, breath is associated with the prana, thus, pranayama is a means to elevate the prana shakti, or life energies.
Transformational breath work can be part of yoga and fitness or the main focus for the session. Pranayama and breath awareness techniques will bring greater insight into old patterns of negativity, stress, and disease. Usually done in the first few minutes of a mat yoga class.

The water provides the perfect compliment to your fitness program because of the unique qualities of resistance and buoyancy. Easier on the joints without compromising your intensity. Personal Aqua fitness or group training. All levels. Specialized aqua programs can be 45 or 60 minutes.
Sometimes we need an outsider's objective assessment of our level of health and wellness. Health coaching can take many forms depending on your needs and issues. Fitness and nutrition are just part of the equation of overall health, vitality, and happiness. I look at what is abundant in your life and what is lacking, what psychology and trauma are impeding healthful decisions, and what changes in perspective are needed to experience more joy, and less pain, more energy and less stress and disease. Assessments like an Ayurvedic Dosha test, posture analysis, food journal analysis and others will help you to make better decisions for your health and institute real, positive change. 60 minute sessions, Live or ZOOM.

I can come to your corporate location, all we need is a suitable room for us to co-design a class to meet your needs and time frame. Studies on yoga in the workplace show a decrease in stress and a positive effect on mental health.
I would suggest an option of 45-60 min. yoga or chair yoga class with breathing practice and short meditation.
